At first, I wanted to punch Abel in the face. He's cocky, arrogant and just plain rude at times!! But DAMN, is he HOT!!! UGH! I mean, honestly, we have a strong female character who performs a classy burlesque show and he fights his urges right off the bat. As we learn more about his past, I understand why, but I was still rooting for Genie in their battle of the wits!!

I am so proud of Genie. She worked hard to keep her family's theater and continued to stand up for herself. She always saw the glass half full. Thank goodness for her, that how Lizzy will hopefully see the world. This woman definitely makes lemonade out of the lemons life gave her.

Abel and Genie are electrifying. The fighting and bickering just made the sex scenes that much hotter!! And these two were explosive in the bedroom. Genie is able to shatter Abel's control BIG TIME. Even through all the fighting and Abel's nasty words, she still falls for him....HARD.
