When a new M.N Forgy books comes out, you just have to get it. Believe it or not, I was hooked on one of her other books before I even knew about the Devil’s Dust series. When I met her in West Virginia about a year ago and learned of these awesome biker books, I was super stoked! I love MC books and I love M.N.’s writing. Win/Win for me!

Bull and Anahi…Where do I start? Both were messed up from the beginning. Bull is drowning his sorrows in a bottle and Anahi is desperate to get out of the life, her uncle tells her, is in her blood. Both can’t trust each other, but both are drawn to each other more than they care to admit.

Bull loves Anahi’s spit fire attitude. She acts as if she has nothing to lose and in her mind she really doesn’t. At times she pushes the limits knowing she may pay the price, but at the same time, she doesn’t want to back down. She’s become a strong woman, with everything that was thrown at her.

Bull can’t get over the love he lost…even though, she really wasn’t his to begin with. He’s the president of the MC, but most now look at him with pity or sometimes hope that he will pull himself out of this drunken hole. Going to Texas to figure things out, puts him right in line with the newest woman to consume his thoughts and only after running in to her once.

I really liked Bull and Anahi’s story. It was gritty and suspenseful. It pulled me right in. The story flowed and I flew threw it. Another great one by M.N.

Amazing!! Truly, there are no words to describe how profound this story is. I could not wait for this release and Tillie Cole did not disappoint.

Maddie and Flame are explosive….. Emotionally, physically and mentally. The glimpses we see in to these two’s past is completely gut wrenching and I physically want to do harm to those that caused their pain. They were told they were evil, that they were sinners and that no one would love them. Yet, they are two of the most loveable people.

As “different” as Flame is, his openness with Maddie is refreshing and inspiring. Instead of all the fluff or pretty words that most women want, Maddie needs honesty. That is what Flame can give her. She is the one he can touch and she calms the flames. His protective instincts for her are sexy as hell and makes Maddie feel safe. With that sexy body, dark soulful eyes and hot beard, what more could you want?

Maddie has her own demons from her past she wants to move on from. Feeling damaged herself; Maddie is able to understand Flame’s struggles and is strong enough to try for the both of them. Her sketches tell Flame exactly what she hopes and dreams for them and Flame comes to realize he wants the same thing, but only from Maddie. She might be “the little one,” but she’s a fire cracker and the only one tough enough to be Flame’s old lady.

Their love is timeless. It will be one for the ages and Souls Unfractured just pulls at every heart string you have. It’s raw, gritty, and emotional, with beautiful scenes of love and devotion. I could not put this down and I cannot wait for more!!!

As focused as she is in becoming a physical therapist, she can’t deny the pull she has with Wrath. When her mother’s pimp gets released from jail and starts to taunt her, it’s going to take the whole club to hunt him down and force him to stop.

I enjoyed Emma and Aiden…I mean Wrath’s story. They are both stubborn and strong willed, which causes a few waves, but makes the makeup sex that much more HOT! I also like that we get to see Rage and Layla again and see more in to the Fire and Steel MC.

Layla has to come home to Pittsburgh and its under the saddest of circumstances. Her brother, Beast, has been killed and she is returning for his funeral. While there and grieving, she is told by the MC's new Prez, Bones (because her father was also killed, while serving as Prez, no less), her Uncle Mick and Cullen (Rage) that she is not leaving. Even if it's not the place where she wants to be, its the only place she wants to be.

Rage wants one thing, Revenge. His best friend, his brother-in-arms has been killed and he wants blood. As thoughtful and methodical as Cullen is, he has this Rage, Anger, and Demon inside him, ready to avenge Beast's death. His guilt, his promise and his love for Layla makes him want to keep her safe, but she is his biggest distraction.

Layla and Rage are electric. You can feel their sexual tension in the first instant they are in the same room. These two never fell out of love for each other, but they both had to work through their own fear and resentment to get back to each other. Layla hates the club for what happened to her father, mother and now her brother. Yet, the club is in her blood and it is all she has....besides Rage.

Props to Kaylee Song, who was able to write a strong female character that stood up to the scariest of men. Also, for writing about a man who in no way could be considered romantic, yet was super sweet in certain scenes. You knew Rage loved every part of Layla.

The whole time reading, I knew something was up with the new Prez, Bones. I just had a funny feeling about him. Beast (Layla's brother Sean) felt something too, but Layla and the rest of the club realize it too late.

Reckless Abandon (Condemned Angels #3) ~ Heather Leigh

4 Sexy, Bad Ass Biker Stars

There is a lot going on in this book! I would not recommend reading this book if you have not read the first 2 in the series. Things are coming to a head and they are about to go Nuclear!!!!!

**Spoilers Beyond this point**

The beginning of this book starts where Jeremy, Hunter and Derrick are found about to assassinate Jax, Prez of the Devil's MC and his Old Lady, which is technically Hunter's wife. We see what went wrong in their relationship and what secret Eva has kept from Hunter for years. I don't know if they'll be able to come back from this, but I sure hope they do. I want happiness for Hunter.

Nicole is forced to do some pretty nasty things by Jax (her brother and Prez of Devil's MC) and some of them are right in front of Jeremy. Jeremy is about to lose his shit on several occasions and Hunter and Derrick try to keep him cool.

Finally Chase realizes that Nicole and Jeremy have been away too long and get the Condemned Angels to mount an attack. During their rescue, Eva, Hunter and Jax are all at a standoff...... Yes another Cliffy! UGH!

Rebel and Sophia's story

The first of a three part series. This novel contains a small snippet which has already been released in the Owned: An Alpha Anthology, however it is followed by a full story installment.

The beautiful, dark haired, dark eyed woman is belligerent and uncooperative and unlikely to bend to his will, but Rebel has a few tricks up his sleeve to make her compliant--he'll charm her until she's bending over backwards to please him.

Of course, falling for her might cause a few hiccups along the way...

I loved the beginning of Rebel and Sophia’s (Alexis’s) story!! Rebel definitely proved he is a good man, but it was a struggle to get there. He hasn't done many good things in his life, but I agree with Sophia when she feels they were for the right reasons….Vengeance and Justice.

Jamie (Rebel) was a soldier, a Marine, who just tried to survive in his childhood home and not let his father down. It seems no matter what he did, his father hated him any way. I really enjoyed this glimpse in to how Rebel became Rebel and I fell for him just like Sophia. Side note: did anyone else want o punch Rebel’s father (Governor of Alabama) in the throat. Gah, was he infuriating. I don’t know how Rebel survived that….that…..man. Makes me love Rebel even more.

Alexis (Sophia) has a family that she is trying to hide and protect after witnessing the murder of Rebel’s uncle. She starts to go by Sophia and just the whole process of her pretending she’s a virgin, then to find out she is being sold, then to end up with Rebel…..Holy Rollercoaster. Talk about pins and needles. She could see the good in Rebel, but had to work it out for herself. She couldn’t believe what an educated, yet bad boy man Rebel was and that made her even hotter for him. I just wanted Sophia to give over to her feelings for Rebel since the sparks were flying the moment they met.  

I pine for Callie Hart’s books!! Even though we had glimpses of Rebel and Sophia in the Blood and Roses Series, I wasn’t sure how she would write their story. All I can say is, DAMN that woman is good! I was sucked in from page one and couldn’t put it down. I cannot wait for Dead Man’s Ink Book 2!! I need to know what happens with Hector and Maria Rosa!!
